Cassia Cottage
Karaoke has been called the scourge of the Orient by some, but you won’t find it at Cassia Cottage Resort. Nor will you find TVs in any of the 18 beach houses and cottages. What you will find is clean and serene lodgings, high ceilings, natural light, and a pool you can see the ocean from. You could watch the sun go down into the ocean from that swimming pool if you wanted to. The Cassia Cottage restaurant and bar (Spicy House) is also set up right on the beachfront and along with the usual seafood bonanza it serves fresh food grown on the resort’s own farms. There is no MSG. If you want to go ultra-cheap, you can join the staff for their US$2 meal. It is one of the cheapest meals on Phu Quoc.
